Telefunken has made many radios, and many of those devices were given a music-affiliated name, which were often maintained through a whole series. One of these series is the “Gavotte” series. A Gavotte is a historic French dance in a two-four time with upbeat. The Gavotte still lives on throughout France as a folk dance.
